We started in 2014 at the Dallas Farmers Market with some folding tables and a tent. We wanted to test authentic Italian pastries and see if Dallas residents could appreciate our products from Lecce, Salento, South East of Italy. It was a huge success and we moved to the next step: finding a permanent location where we could sell Italian pastries but also authentic Italian coffee. The shop opened at The Market of the Dallas Farmers Market on March 2016.

Italian Coffee Shop & Bakery! We Roast - We Bake: Everything From Scratch. Our pastries (sweet and savory are specialties from South of Italy: Salento) and are made fresh, authentically Italian & natural. We offer authentic espresso and espresso drinks like latte and, cappuccino, and also American style coffee: drip coffee, single origin pour over coffee, cold brew coffee, and iced coffee. We roast all our coffee here in Dallas. And, to indulgence you even more, we also craft artisan gelato, from scratch!
