I am currently licensed to practice in the State Courts in Texas, before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, the United States Court Of Appeals 5th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. I am currently a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Section (Chair 1998), Family Law and Wills and Probate Sections of the Dallas Bar Association. I am currently a member of the ADR, , Family and Probate Sections of the Collin County Bar Association. I am also a member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators where I served as the President of The North Texas Chapter in 2002 and 2003. I've been in the private practice of law since January of 1974. Since 1992, my practice has been primarily devoted to divorce or family law, wills and probate and mediati on in these areas.
