I can not praise this quaint little motel enough, room are nicely appointed, old time charm with modern amenities, non-smoking, offers a gazebo, along with a patio area, chairs lining the front...

A bit outdated and an interesting motel layout but overall great quality and fast and easy service. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay!

Great motel run by wonderful people. A great option if you need a room in the Dripping Springs area. Not far from Wimberley, Oak Hill or South Austin. Very clean, comfortable and has reasonable rates.

I had to stay in the area for over 2 weeks, and these folks, and the place, were awesome. Even a special rate for week. Nice, clean rooms, has everything one needs. Price is best in area.
