I had a really bad experience at this location. Not helpful, rude, and poor customer service. Not even to check on the computer for some parts.

Manager was rude at S. Main location in Stafford Tx - no customers in store and it took over 5 minutes for any employee to come to the counter- then she had an attitude like she did not want to be...

O'Reilly's is similar to Autozone, a little more expensive, but a little more friendly. Small location, but in my opinion, that makes them more accessible. Need a car battery replaced, they'll do...
