well the ribs are very good. i only say that because I stopped on a Sunday when he was closed. I recognized him right away. He was the butcher man at local restaurant. He offered the rack of ribs...

3 meat plate with ribs, brisket, and sausage was GREAT! Beans, potato salad and cornbread was also GREAT! The turkey is the MOST tender I have ever eaten ! I'LL BE BACK!! (Terminator voice)
