HistoryMy name is Taurian Scott, the owner and founder of B-Line Elite Notary. It all began in, Atlanta Georgia, attending Dekalb County job fair, where I was approached by an elderly retired quadriplegic gentleman in a wheelchair. He was seeking a provider although not the job I was aspiring, I was self employed, flexible, and open to knew experiences/careers. Nonetheless; with that change, I was introduced to many healthcare experiences. Sadly, his health grew weaker requiring his family to ensure that his pertinent paperwork was in order. They called a lawyer and was told that his paperwork just needed to be witnessed and notarized. Well needless to say, it took us 4 days to actually get a notary and none of them were mobile notaries. From then, I came to the realization that all the things that we consider to be important, we never thought about the value of having a flexible notary.
