Been avoiding the place for 20 years until it was highlighted on a local food show. Head strait to the back meat counter for a "sausage wonderland". Got 3 types of Boudin and some turkey sausage....

The burgers were on point, done all the way, including toasted buns. Good ratio of just the right amount of greasiness meat to bun. Yum! Fried fish and shrimp was equally as tasty, lightly...

Enjoyed the boudin, it was really good, the market has a numerous amount of sausage meats. I will be back to shop again.
