Been using ntb for 4 yrs for 3 vehicles, but loosing faith. Shop manager good & friendly, store manager unfriendly and incompetent-but last day of employment...hopefully new manager repairs...

I got in and out for an oil change on my lunch and still had time to get a bite to eat ,they rotated my tires too .great customer service. This is my new go to for my car .

They advertise a good price for oil change, but use it as opportunity to get you in the door. They took an inexpensive oil change set up online and turned it into a 4times more expensive...
