They don't handle their clients well. They don't manage their care calendar with the dogs well. They are not customer oriented. You get the picture.

I've had my dogs blood taken plenty, this is the first time I've seen a vet fully extend a large dogs front leg away from its body and proceed to try to get the needle in while it's struggling...

don't ever go there. They did nothing for my cat, but send me home and she died. Managed to have a bill though.
