He began his professional pursuits at the University of Texas at San Antonio, obtaining his undergraduate degree. After graduation, Dr. Santellana enrolled at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, and received his medical degree.Before entering private practice, Dr. Santellana completed a residency at Kingwood Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
