NOW Specialties LLC was founded in Addison, Texas, in 1996. At that time, we had a total staff of 60, an annual revenue of $5 million, a few products in our portfolio and a backlog of $8 million. Today, our shop and office footprint exceeds 50,000 square feet. Our staff of 200 brings in annual revenues of nearly $25 million a year and our product portfolio has expanded to louvers, sunshades, wood-look aluminum soffits, mineral products, solid surface and high-pressure laminates. We have offices in north Dallas, Austin and Houston, Texas. Over nine percent of our payroll is administrative, which includes full-time, dedicated safety, quality control, human resources, accounting and marketing.

Brandt, founded in 1952, is a specialty contractor in Texas specializing in mechanical, HVAC, boiler, industrial refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing trades. Brandt provides new construction, renovation, fabrication, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system installations, boiler services, and industrial refrigeration maintenance for all phases of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. Brandt is headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, and maintains additional regional offices in Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Waco.
