History

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. It was here, during my first year of high school, where photography took a leading role in my life. I loved photography so much I received a bachelor's degree in the subject from Drexel University in Philadelphia. While in college I received the opportunity to spend six months in Santa Fe, New Mexico, gaining real world experience. It was here I also met my husband, resulting in my relocation to Santa Fe after graduation. As a result of various traditional and digital training and years spent photographing a vast array of subjects, I can say that portraits-specifically of children and pets-offer me the most inspiration and joy. After nine years of living and working in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I am continuing my photography business and starting a new life with my husband and pets in Austin, Texas. I return to Santa Fe often to photograph, but am very much enjoying my acclimation into the Austin community.
