I really can't figure out why people are hyping this place. We tried 3 dishes and all 3 missed. It didn't necessarily taste bad, but none of it was good. :(

Went to Noodles and Dumplings with my husband one day. First time. They do have an extensive menu of American Chinese food. A few dumplings and bao on the menu. We ordered a few items to try....

This is the best place for homemade food including ramen. The noodles are made fresh and you can see your food being cooked through a large window. They have the best ramen in San Antonio!!...
