Previously known as 'Core Physique Studios' we used to only specialize in MegaFormer workouts using the Lagree Fitness Method. We now implement the MegaFormer into a variety of other workouts we offer including weights, TRX, Kettlebells and the VersaClimber. NLC is the ONLY VersaClimber studio in San Antonio.
