Muhammad Awan, MD

Nidhi Shah, MD, is a pediatrician at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Dr. Shah holds a medical degree from Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College in India. In 2016, she completed her residency in pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2023. Using an evidence-based approach, Dr. Shah cares for children from birth to 18 years of age, helping manage their physical and behavioral health. In addition to providing well care and immunizations, she diagnoses and treats a broad range of childhood illnesses, such as flu and other viruses, ear infections, stomach pain, conjunctivitis, asthma, and more.

Salam Hasan, DO, obtained his Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2010, where he also earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014. He completed his residency at the Texas A&M Health Science Center - School of Medicine, Baylor Scott & the White Medical Center in 2019. As a radiation oncologist, Dr. Hasan treats both cancerous and non-cancerous conditions using radiation therapy. These include central nervous systemic tumors, head and neck cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, gynecological cancer, prostate cancer, genitourinary cancer, lymphomas, skin cancer, soft tissue sarcomas, and metastatic disease. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.

Tricia Smith, FNP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Houston, in 2015 and 2023 respectively. As nurse practitioner, Tricia provides general OB/GYN care, including preventive screenings, prenatal care, postpartum care, and treatment for symptoms of menopause. She strives to create a safe space while actively listening to create lasting connections with her patients. Tricia joined Kelsey-Seybold in November 2023.
