Mt Pleasant High School

Mount Pleasant High School provides a range of educational programs for the academic, intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual and physical development of children. It enrolls students in grades 9 through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as science, social studies, physical education, English, fine arts, foreign languages, math and journalism. It also offers special education, credit recovery, home-based instruction and English as a Second Language programs. The school provides opportunities to participate in various athletic activities, including football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, track and field, tennis, golf and cross country. Its media center stocks several books, magazines, audiovisual materials and electronic resources. Located in Mount Pleasant, Texas, the high school is a part of the Mount Pleasant Independent School District.
