Proceed with caution - please! This was our first home ever to build and we were so excited. Meritage Homes has wonderful energy-saving construction, beautiful designs and affordable offerings....

run forrest run as fast as you can from meritage homes. i would never ever buy anything from this company. we bought a newly built house from them and moved in feb. 2013. floors were scratched...
