History

I started my Reiki (2001) and hypnosis (2003) businesses in Bellaire from home, and later rented an office on the West Loop for 13 years. A few years ago I moved my office to Body Mind & Soul, a metaphysical store/center on the Katy Freeway, where I have taught classes since 2006. Prior to starting this business, I taught yoga (from 1998 to 2013) to children and teachers in Montessori schools.

Specialties

I have been teaching Reiki classes since 2001. I have also offered transpersonal hypnosis, including past life regressions and energy work, since 2003. Private sessions are available MWF; I also offer group regressions which are scheduled every few weeks (usually on weekends) and are open to the public. I can also do group regressions for private groups. During the pandemic, all classes and private sessions are via Zoom or telephone only. Note: I do not offer private Reiki sessions. I do teach regular Reiki classes, all levels.
