Metroport Meals On Wheels (MMOW) is a grassroots volunteer advocate serving the elderly and those in need in the Metroport area since 1980. They provide home-delivered meals, senior center luncheons, holiday stockings, winter meals, staples, nutritional supplements, and pet food for seniors' furry companions. With the support of dedicated volunteers and community donations, MMOW has served over 2.2 million meals to individuals in Tarrant, Denton, and Wise counties.
