The service is terrible. everyone has an attitude, and i love when a business says it's open till 12:am but closes before 11:00pm is fing ridiculous.

Don't have the slightest idea what a reg hamburger is. Ask for reg hamburger and I get apiece of meat and bun. Go back to the counter and they think that is a hamburger.
