McCormick Flavor is a subsidiary of McCormick & Company, one of the largest spice companies in the world and is a leader in the manufacture, marketing and distribution of spices, seasonings and flavors to the entire food industry. Customers range from retail outlets and food service providers to food processing businesses. The consumer business provides spices, herbs, extracts, proprietary seasoning blends, sauces and marinades to a variety of retail outlets, such as grocery, mass merchandise and drug. In the United States, consumer products are sold under the McCormick brand. Other brands for different countries include Club House, Schwartz and Ducros. In other markets, the McCormick brand name is primarily used. The company maintains operations in North America, Central America, Europe, Australia and China. Joint ventures are located in the U.S., Mexico, France, Philippines and Japan. From these operations, its products are sold throughout the world. McCormick Flavor has a facility in Irving, Texas.
