HistoryI was in the small business accounting field for over 15 years and quit my full time career to start FitGirl Fitness after losing 130 lbs with an incredible story to tell. I'm writing a book about my journey with abuse and sexual assault and my weight loss. I wanted to share my passion for fitness with other women. I didn't know where to start as a mom of 4 and overweight. But I did it and proved that my plan works. I'm here to motivate, educate and inspire women just like YOU!SpecialtiesAfter losing 130 lbs through my fitness journey I wanted to inspire and motivate other women to be able to do the same. I quit my full time accounting career to start building FitGirl Fitness. I'm a domestic abuse survivor as well as sexual assault survivor and a mom of 4 teenagers.
