Manolis is a family-owned and operated dessert food truck. We make all of our Ice Cream, Pastries, Sorbet, Italian Ice, and other treats right here with high-quality and fresh ingredients. We started our business in 2018 to share our delicious recipes that mix our Colombian roots with our love for pastries and ice cream. Situated in a serene pet-friendly space surrounded by oak trees with lots of seating, lights, and parking. We have a jungle gym and games sprinkled throughout for the kiddos!
