Magnum Property Inspections has been in business serving Austin and its surrounding areas since 2002. The mission of my company is to provide unsurpassed service to home buyers. The foundation of my company is built upon the trust. I word my inspection reports by putting things in perspective so that my clients understand that there is no such thing as a house failed an inspection. I used distinctive colors in the report to signify the severity of problems so that my clients can prioritize the problems found in the home they're about to purchase.
