It's dirty, loud, with homeless people walking around. Your guests will have to pay to park. The bars downstairs always blast music and you'll hear drunk people at 2 and 3am. Your Amazon packages...

Do not move here if you have any mobility issues. Even if your apartment is on the first floor you will need to park on higher levels and the elevators on all buildings are almost NEVER working....
