Definitely recommend, new owner so any pass reviews don't count within the last 7 months. Super chill place, great mix drinks, draft beer. Pool tournaments on Thursday. Joe is such a great guy!...

History
During Ranger's boomtown days, the 1920's, The Lone Star Theatre was known as the shoot em' up. When the dust settled from the oil boom and Ranger began to dry up. The theatre started its metamorphosis and eventual degradation. Through the years the conjoined buildings housed a theatre, apartments, restaurant, dry cleaners and law offices. When Chad Cunningham encountered the building in November, 2015, it was slated for destruction. The Ranger Historical Preservation Society owned the building but did not have the funds for restoration. Chad was happy to take the old building and the society was overjoyed to deed it to someone who was interested in preserving it's history. It's latest incarnation is The Lone Star Theatre Bar. The Lone Star Theatre Bar is a live music venue, bar, patio, restaurant, dinner theatre, sports ball and pool hall.

Really sad they closed, the last time it was open was amazing. I made tons of friends and memories
Good times friendly people they're having pool tournaments again which is good come on out and help support small business owners I also have a full restaurant and bar just a picture
Stupid. You have to have a membership. Looked like a good spot to watch a game and get a beer while in town for a baseball game. But I'm not paying for membership to have a beer or two.
THE WORST!!!!! Been here twice. First time bartender was AWFUL RUDE. Was able to watch the game and the food was good. Second time we thought, can get any worse. Boy, let me tell you!!! T.V's...
