I just moved into this place and I already love it. It's a small complex, consisting of only 4 buildings. Most of the units are two bedroom with some 3 bedroom apartments sprinkled among them....

I'll start off by saying that they are totally UNDERstaffed. They have 2 to 3 people (including maintenance) running two entirely different apartment complexes in two entirely different locations....

I've been a resident at this property two years. Arbor Property Management started taking care of Logan Ridge in the beginning of 2019 - since then, all concerns regarding understaffed maintenance...

It has been over 3 weeks of living here and I still do not have a mail key. When asked about getting a mail key, Jacynth, the bitch in the office, has nothing to offer other than snarky remarks...
