Lockhart Smokehouse brings Lockhart, Texas BBQ to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Every day, we fire up the great smoked meat classics that made Lockhart the "Barbecue Capital of Texas." Lockhart Smokehouse is the only destination in all of DFW where you can find Kreuz Market Sausage, served on butcher paper, just like the original. Our mouth watering brisket, sausage, ribs and other meats are smoked over Texas post oak. Updated versions of classic southern sides and some Schmidt family favorites round out the menu. Lockhart Smokehouse has great Texas beers and brews on draft, plus a wide selection of ice cold bottles ready for your drinking pleasure.
