Liz Seitz, LMSW-ACP, LMFT

History

I began my training in 1987 and started my private practice in 1992. Initially I practiced for 5 years in a house in Rice Village and then in 1997, I moved my practice to a house in Neartown on Lexington where I still practice today. After having worked in a couple of different hospitals and as an associate for a psychiatrist in an office building, I appreciate the homey setting that my current space can provide for my clients.

Specialties

I work really well with individuals and couples with all types of relationship issues, intimacy issues, family issues, communication issues, etc. I love working with all kinds of couples who want to strengthen their relationship and improve their overall level of satisfaction. I also work with couple in crisis who are dealing with the aftermath of an affair or just struggling to decide if their marriage is sustainable in a healthy and mutually desirable way. I love helping individuals heal old wounds, identify and repair self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors and discover how to live their best life.
