The staff was very warm and welcoming and ready to assist. I easily found some frames and glasses that I needed and they got them right back to me within a two weeks.

Everything!!!! I was needing to get new glasses, and I was on a deadline, and while other stores were telling me 7-10, even 14, days I was going out of town in 2 weeks and needed them before that....
