I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and ADHD. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University and am certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). My approach is open, honest, and collaborative. I focus on building trust from the first visit by discussing all treatment options and helping clients understand that medication is not the only path to healing. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered to reach their personal goals.
