EDIT: at around 3am I called front desk again and they moved me to a room that didn't have a working AC - but it was significantly less loud. I am very appreciative -- Zero stars if I could....

Rude and unprofessional staff. Never staying here or at a La Quinta again. Charged more than booking confirmation indicated amd when I refused to pay it the dest clerk yelled at me to "get out"....
