Hands down, the best Mexican food in Abilene! The pozole rojo was the best I've had in Texas. The service was friendly - they definitely treat you like familia.

Had a great meal at La Familia recently. I tried the Caldo de Rey soup and shrimp cocktail, which were flavorful and felt like genuine home cooking - like something from a grandma's recipe book....

Service is always great ! Food is very delicious, I don't think that they have anything that is not good. It's a family atmosphere!
