Krishanthan Vigneswaran , MD

Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I aim to deliver high quality care that utilizes the most recent advances in medicine. I am especially interested in men's health issues and LGBT care and offer over 20 years of experience in the study, treatment and prevention of HIV. I earned my MD at the University of Minnesota where I completed my residency and family medicine. Later, I went on to direct the HIV education and training program at St Vincent's hospital in New York.

Joseph Cochran, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who specializes in endovascular surgery, cerebrovascular surgery, brain tumors, skull base surgery, and complex and minimally invasive spine surgery. He has a special interest in treating the following disorders: Aneurysm Arteriovenous malformation Brain tumors Disk disease Skull base tumors Spinal stenosis Spinal tumors Stroke Traumatic brain and spine injuries Cochran is an assistant professor in the Vivian L. Smith Department of Neurosurgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. After receiving his medical degree at Chicago Medical School, he completed his residency in neurological surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Cochran is the co-author of articles published in Neurosurgery, the International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, Physics, and the Annals of Advances in Automotive Medicine.
