Joseph Kugler, MD - Seton Mind Institute

Dr. Hooten is from Irving, TX. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he received his BA from University of North Texas, his MD from UT Medical Branch and was Chief Resident at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. His interests are emergency psychiatry and education of medical students and residents.

Dr. Kotara enjoys the unique challenges of her clinical work as part of the Psychiatry consultation liaison service. She also has a strong interest in resident education and serves as the Program Director for Psychiatry at the University of Texas Dell Medical School.
