John Ruelas, MD

Rahima Tuke, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Medicine nurse practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman's University in 2015, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2019. Rahima's goal in entering the medical profession was to be able to contribute to the well-being of patients and communities. She enjoys building long-term and meaningful relationships and seeing patients' progress and recovery. Rahima sees patients of all ages, helping them with needs such as annual wellness exams, chronic care management, and acute illnesses. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.

Olivia Gutierrez, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2019 and completed her Pediatrics residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2022. Dr. Gutierrez joined Kelsey-Seybold in March 2025. Dr. Gutierrez treats children from birth through adolescence for acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and developmental health. She emphasizes preventive care, shared decision-making, and strong partnerships with families.
