The owner, Sonia Sarmientos Chavez ,received her Bachelor's in Business Administration and worked for Memorial Hermann Hospital for 27 years in the operating room. Sonia's greatest joy on earth is being a mom of 7 children, 12 grandchildren and wife to Salomon Chavez for 34 years. Sonia has served at Principe De Paz Church for 28 years.
