Jeffery Lambert, MD

Justin Sailo, DO, completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2021. After graduation, he relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to complete the In His Image Family Medicine Residency program in 2024. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Sailo joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in August 2025 and is trilingual in English, Burmese, and Spanish. He provides primary care for all ages, including well checks, immunizations, sick care for acute injuries and illness, and management for chronic conditions. Dr. Sailo is especially interested in preventive health, addiction medicine, obesity medicine, and minor in-office procedures.

Paul Kanaby, DO, attended Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine - California, earning his medical degree in 2020. He then relocated to Texas, completing both an internship and residency at University of Texas Medical Branch in 2021 and 2023, respectively. He provides well and sick care for pediatric patients, treating conditions such as coughs, colds, ear infections, stomach bugs, flu, strep throat, and more. No matter the reason patients come to him, Dr. Kanaby works to communicate with both patients and parents to create a plan of action. He joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in October 2023.
