Horrible service takes forever I placed an order through the app for delivery they forgot half of the food and I couldn't even call because they have the phone off the hook this is really ridiculous

Service is piss poor. I ordered online. Waited 30 minutes in their drive thru and then once I got to the window it took them 8 more minutes to get my online order prepared.

I thinks it's really rude to make everyone go through the drive through! Why have all those employees but can service the inside ! Need to do better! That's a great way to lose money!
