HistoryHaving worked in Photoshop in 2007 doing digital photo restoration and retouching for others, I found my own photography skills needed improvement. In 2008, I got my first DSLR and immersed myself in learning everything about photography. As my skills grew, so did my love of the art. After a period of skill-building and portfolio-building, I established my LLC in 2011, and went into business. I discovered that I loved shooting for myself more than for a client, so I closed my portrait business in 2014. Now I am a fine art photographer. I wish to convey that my subject can be solitary yet connected... be it object, plant, animal, or person. I wish to connect you, the viewer, to me and to the world. I stop and look purposefully to see the world; I notice details present in ordinary life. I have a special fascination with the macro world, I find the beauty in the details. I want you to say,
