I went to an evening class with Marci and got a wonderful yoga stretch! Every time I get back into the groove with yoga my body and mind falls in love with it all over again. And my tired joints...

Clean, friendly , not too crowded and great schedule. Instructor helped me with alternative pose since I had a knee replacement. The energy is great also.
