If you love your health, and peace of mind this isn't the IHOP location for you! The booths are filthy and torn, the ceilings are nasty, the walls are stained with coffee spills, and the RESTROOMS...

Worst service I've ever received at a restaurant, I never leave reviews. And the food was made terribly. Done with ihop forever after this visit

Horrible service. Waited around to be seated for what seemed to be 5 mins, in reality it was 3 minutes. But no one came to the front to seat me.

Ate dinner here December 2024. Andrew was running the place like a bed and breakfast. I'm not sure I've ever seen such good service - anticipating everyone's needs and doing it all singlehanded....
