Terrible customer service and rude rude rude Mohammed can't even email important documents on time then manager is always busy and Ali covers for Mohammed but is as rude... Anyway it is what it is...

This ATM is expensive but I appreciate it being a stand alone ATM with easy drive up access. Its located on Briar Forest almost in the same parking lot as LA Fitness.

I didn't know that when you're in dire need of assistance that tellers could text on their iPhone 4s? Overall, IBC is horrid.
