A flyer from "Houston Water Alliance" titled NOTICE "Water Test Advisory" was left on my door even though the neighborhood has a no soliciting sign and I also have a clearly posted "No Soliciting"...

This company is going around leaving fake notices on people's doors trying to mimic official Houston notices! Super scummy move!
