Food is great, but the overall experience could use a tune-up. 1) The ordering process is so inefficient ...not sure why it takes so long to order a burger and fries.... 2) The fries always show...

I ordered the vegan El Bandito with the regular fries. It was one of the single best burgers I have had. It was so good I knew after the 2nd bite I had to write a review.
