We visited Hickory house Bar-b-que in Denison Texas yesterday. I had a sliced beef brisket sandwich and it was so tender I cut the sandwich into with a plastic knife. They had hot gravy to put on...

BBQ is great, my service dog gets the smoked turkey and goes crazy on the way home till she gets it.

The bbq is similar to a chain. Not much smoke flavor. The sauce is very vinegary and tastes commercial. The Mac and cheese is tasteless. Iced tea tastes like instant. Look elsewhere for good bbq.
