I started Hai by Mercer in an effort to create a niche in my profession al endeavors. I love creating new looks for clients.
Specialties
I am passionate about my profession, customer service, and the key to this is active listening and attention to detail. My favorite part of doing hair, truly is making someone feel good about themselves. I limit walkins to haircuts, waxing, and blow outs. Introductions are very important, and prefer consultations prior to booking chemical services. I absolutely love creative color and cuts. I take ideas I see visually and turn the volume down a notch or two to keep my clients happy. I attend educational classes that showcase new techniques, products, and advice about what is relevant to the business of hair. Staying relevant is improvement! I have truly found my passion, and I am happy and grateful for every client.
