I've shopped HEB in store often and have never had a bad experience. I decided to try their grocery delivery and am very disappointed. All the items that I ordered was delivered just fine....

I'm waiting at the self checkout at the Taylor HEB. I paid cash and did not get $1.78 change from machine. Manager is checking the cameras to see if I'm lying in order to rip them off for $1.78.
