Pretty messed up. Sent in a request for a pretty specialized cake (son's birthday). They even asked if we could draw a picture to make sure they did it right. Very cool. We did and emailed it in....

There was not anyone there to do quality control. Service was poor due to a shortage of staff. Food was subpar, and ambiance in space was limited.
