I paid $39.99 for a cookie cake that didn't taste freshly made. Tasted like it's been out all day. The frosting tasted off as well.

Disgusting!!!! Halfway eating the cake and we noticed hair literally IN THE CAKE, we had to dig it out... and it was hard to dig it out too, we went to them for a refund, the manger WORD BY WORD...

This place is a joke. I ordered a cookie cake, when I arrived to pick it up they couldn't find the order. I showed them the order confirmation receipt and it's only then that they said they can...
